Behind Emulatio, there is the knowledge and ownership experience of more than five dozen public companies around the word and some small private local businesses. When we look at them carefully, we find that profit dynamics is the only objective measure of running a business. We distilled the winners' formulas, and made a 49-point checklist along with our GAME decision making routine - Goal, Alternatives, Methodology, Execution.
We are, in most cases, pure owners, which has helped us focus on the result. For more than a decade - and the direct sense of profits and losses - the difference between management methods that make money and methods that only burn cash (often obscured by accounting techniques) becomes apparent. We have also been managers (employees) for almost two decades, which taught us the other side of the business - how personnel actually thinks and works. We were fortunate enough to experience the rise and fall of an industry and mid-sized companies as well as global companies with diverse leadership qualities.
Profitable companies do not complain, they deliver in any case - they shrug off governments' protectionism, trade wars and the commercial parades of rivals. They are Darwinian, humble and communicate directly - without boasting or flattering. We are the advocates of this behavior.
