My ESG degree, completed in 2026 with distinction at the National University of Public Service, complements a practical business approach: strategy, compliance and implementation connected in one process. From autumn 2026, as a certified WellBeing Mentor and a member of the Hungarian WellBeing Association, I take an integrated approach to employee wellbeing, organisational culture and sustainable performance.
